Coaching by the hour makes you ration the thing you came for. Each engagement below is a fixed relationship with a fixed cadence and a designed ending, paid on a fee that repeats — and every one of them starts with the same free conversation.
The longer work
Each one is a relationship, not an appointment. Billing runs on the cycle shown against it and keeps renewing on that cycle until you stop the recurring payment in the exchange account you paid from — and you can write to me at any point to close the engagement itself.
Every engagement starts with the same free conversation. What differs is how long the relationship runs and how much of your week it asks for. The current price of each is on the engagements page, set by the practice and never restated here.
Prices are shown on the engagements page and exclude VAT where applicable. Sessions reschedule without charge up to 72 hours before the agreed time. No engagement begins without a discovery conversation, and that conversation is never charged.
An engagement bills on its stated cycle and renews on that cycle until the recurring payment is stopped in the exchange account it was paid from — that authorisation is yours, and nobody at this practice can end it on your behalf. Writing to me closes the engagement itself and I will confirm that by email. Engagements are refundable pro rata against unused sessions up to the halfway point. After that, remaining sessions may be rescheduled but are not refundable. Where your employer is paying, the coaching contract remains with you regardless of who pays it, and a VAT invoice is issued on each payment.

By starting one you agree to an automatically renewing fee at the price and cadence shown against it above, which continues on that cycle until the recurring payment is stopped. The price will not change during a period you have already paid for, and it will not change in future without 30 days’ notice by email.
You may stop the recurring payment at any time from the exchange account you paid with, which prevents the next renewal. You may also write to me to end the engagement and I will confirm that by email — but ending the coaching does not by itself stop the charge, so please do both. Stopping does not shorten a period you have already paid for.
